- A 100% non-refundable deposit is due BEFORE your order can be processed.
- No net terms apply to the deposit.
- The provided quote does not include the freight for the order to ship from our distribution center to your destination.
- Freight will be billed to your account once the order has shipped.
- Production times are estimates and may vary from 3 to 8 months or more.
- No returns/refunds or cancellations of custom orders.
- A custom rug is by nature a unique product and there can be slight variations in color and size (up to a 5% variance).
- Rug should be inspected immediately upon receipt and claims for freight damage must be reported within 4 days.
